$9 BILLION IN SCHOOL AID
As Chair of the Coalition for Adequate School Housing and Californians for Quality Schools, DIXON led the efforts to place Prop 51 on the 2016 ballot. A monumental school facility bill, Prop 51 was passed by voters to provide over $9 billion in much needed funds for school districts throughout California.

The founder of the CASH Maintenance Management Certification Program, DIXON has continued to be the leader in school facility knowledge. DIXON developed and taught the Facilities, Maintenance, Operations and Transportation courses at California State University, Fullerton for 11 years. Further, he is a core instructor in the CASH School Facility Leadership Academy.
